We are ready to start taking registrations for the 2011-12 season of Team Beech! The registration form is above.
Please note that the form needs to be filled out completely, and copies of insurance cards must be included.
Please do not assume that because you sent in information last season that we don't need it again. All
registrations must be current and complete. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. We were able to hold our dues at
$190 again this season, and that check is made payable to BMSEF.
Our treasurer, Andrea Matney, is in charge of registration. Andrea's email address is AndreaMatney@fcds.org.
Season passes will again be $300 and these are purchased directly from Ski Beech. Once you have registered,
your athlete's name will be provided to Ski Beech for the season pass to be picked up and paid for. In addition, as
with last year, you can send a digital photo of your athlete (and parents getting season passes) to Andrea and she
will forward them to Ski Beech. That way, your passes are ready to just pay for and pick up. Anyone who wants to
re-use last year's photo can do that, too, since Ski Beech has them on file (just let Andrea know). Please keep your
file sizes small as you send these photos to Andrea, and please name the files with your names (e.g. Brian
Granger.jpg, Jackie Granger.jpg, etc).
We will be having our opening dinner Saturday December 3. We hope that all families can attend. We will discuss
how the season will work, schedules for the season, and more. Keep your eyes out for another email with more
details about the dinner. As with the last few dinners, we will do a pot luck style.
First practice is scheduled for Saturday December 10.
We also have a great selection of Team Beech apparel available this year! Thank you to the Gasts for
spearheading this once again. An order form is attached. You can mail orders to the Gasts along with your check.
